A resident of the vibrant Wicker Park neighborhood, Josh has been living in the downtown area for the better part of his life. Outside of real estate, he enjoys watching sports as an avid Chicago Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks and (sometimes) Cubs fan. Josh trains at the East Bank Club, and is an amateur photographer with a focus on unique Chicago architecture. He also continues to write his blog, Investor’s Playbook – a guide for both professional and non-professional investors and traders.
Clients are saying:
"Josh stuck with us through the highs and lows of trying to find the perfect place for our shop in Chicago. We got discouraged a couple times and got cold feet on a few deals. Josh could have given up on us...but he didn't. His dedication to our goal of finding a space (even when we were close to giving up) was integral to helping us keep our heads up and eventually find the right space for our specialty coffee and record store operation. Couldn't be more satisfied with him as a broker and friend."
"Josh was amazing. He went far and beyond. He got me a great commercial lease in an unbelievable short amount of time. His dealing handling and negotiating with all the different parties involved was really impressive"
