Bill Fischer graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1999 and returned back to Chicago to begin his legal studies. After receiving his J.D., Bill became an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County prosecuting criminals and advocating for victims of crime. Seven years later Bill was presented with a unique opportunity; to create a litigation department for a small real estate law firm. The challenge was too tempting to refuse and that is when he got his first real exposure to the exciting world of real estate.
Bill is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and grew up in Hinsdale, a western suburb. A current resident of Lincoln Park for the past 14 years, Bill knows the ins and outs of Chicago. He has an awareness of the up and coming neighborhoods and an appreciation for those that have already arrived.
“My goal is to do as much work on the front end so the extremely important process of purchasing real estate seems fun and exciting rather than intimidating and arduous. Connecting with people is just as important as being prepared and I feel my personality bridges those important aspects.”
