Alexia was born in France and came to Chicago when she was 7 years old.  She has since stayed in Chicago and knows Chicago like the back of her hand. In addition to being fluent in English, Alexia is fluent in French and Ukrainian.

Alexia graduated from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1999 with a BS in Pre-Med Psychology and a BA in French Literature.

After college, Alexia had a variety of jobs but its not until she got into real estate in 2004 that she found her calling of helping people find their dream homes.  Alexia began in real estate, leasing residential properties on the north side of Chicago.  In 2010, Alexia received her managing broker's license and started a Chicago based residential leasing company.  In 2014, Alexia sold her company and continued to push herself by selling homes.  Alexia joined @Properties in 2016 when she joined the Mark Keppy team.

In 2016, Alexia moved to Forest Park, where she started developing a passion for helping buyers and sellers in the Forest Park and Oak Park area, while still assisting her Chicago clientele.

When Alexia isn’t working, she keeps busy singing in several Ukrainian choirs, as well as staying fit with regular Zumba classes. When it’s warm out, Alexia loves doing anything out on the lakefront, whether it is running, biking or just sunbathing on Chicago’s beautiful beaches.

Alexia's hard work and dedication to her profession has won her high praise and dedication from her clients.  Her high level of attention to each buyer is unmatched, as Alexia will go that extra mile to be sure each client gets the utmost attention and top quality care they deserve.

Clients are saying:

"Imagine a very picky, ambitious, over cautious, extremely detailed first time home buyer, with a petite budget. Yes, this was me! I was a nightmare of a client and I don't apologize for it. Being a first time home buyer is tough, not to mention the learning curve around this process. It is very overwhelming and at times exhausting for the client and the realtor. I placed a couple of offers, lost some, backed down on contracts and viewed dozens of locations. I did it all. Alexia always responded to my questions, concerns, rants and sass with the most professional behavior. She was right all along, I simply hadn't found the right one. I'd highly recommend her in your journey to becoming a homeowner."

"Alexia was incredibley helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of renting. Renting with roommates, all of which have hectic schedules, can be very difficult. Alexia was very accomodating and helped us see the place and took extra time during the showing to allow for "facetime tours," videos, and pictures to be taken for those who could not make it to the showing. She put up with our wild schedules, got us in straight away with applications and was there to help explain and coordinate through the lease signing. Alexia was very knowlegeable about the apartment because she had shown it years ago before it was renovated. That was excellent first-hand knowleage to have. I work in property management for a large company, I practice and appreciate great customer service, and for that reason will call Alexia the next time I am looking for a new place."

"Had a tough time finding a place that met my criteria before reaching out to Alexia but she managed to find me the perfect apartment really quickly. The application process was a bit intense since it was close to the end of the month but she really helped expedite the whole process, shouts out!"

"I can't say enough nice things about Alexia - chief among them being that she is a life-saver. My fiancee and I were slated to get married in late July, and take a honeymoon into the first week of August. In late May we learned that we needed to relocate from Atlanta to Chicago by August 15. This means wedding+honeymoon+moving from city of 8 years all within, oh, 3 weeks. Scary and stressful!

We learned of Alexia through a mutual friend who had just moved to Chicago. As soon as we got in touch with her, it was like a weight was lifted off our shoulders. We gave parameters on what we wanted, and she became our eyes and ears on the ground 700 miles away. She sent nightly units straight from the MLS feed, which we eventually narrowed down. From there we took a trip up to Chicago to look at our favorites and after a few hours under Alexia's guidance had ourselves a new place to live.

Personable, attentive, cheery, efficient, patient and just a downright nice person: Alexia is somebody you'd want to work with in any business (and especially real estate). By the end of everything she felt like a new friend to the family. She helped calm the waters during one of the more stressful periods of mine and my fiancee's lives, and we couldn't be more appreciative."

"I spoke with several real estate professionals, but Alexia stood out among them with her knowledge and attentiveness. She knew the process well, provided expert advice, and was willing to answer my many questions and address my concerns. When my house was put on the market we had 3 offers the first day of open house. By the end of the second day we knew we needed no further open houses. A bidding war ensued and I wound up exceeding the original asking price. I attribute the success to Alexia's advice and knowledge. I followed her instructions and they worked better than I thought possible."
