Xochitl Ibarra is a Realtor® serving Chicago and the Western Suburbs. She enjoys positioning her clients to make the process of home buying and/or selling painless, while offering the convenience and service they are looking for. Ultimately matching the right person/family to the right home. The value she provides is contributed from experience and knowledge of the market.
Xochitl broadened her expertise in real estate after taking a position as a foreclosure housing counselor immediately after the housing collapse in 2012. During those years she was able to turn professional relationships into lifetime friendships. Key points she took away- empathy for her client's, persistence with the banks, and constant communication. The end result, a majority of the homeowners she served were able to keep their home at an affordable payment.
Xochitl grew up in Noble Square and lived in Pilsen for a few years while attending the University of Illinois. She moved to Texas in 2005, where she started her real estate career. She loves to cook for her 3 children, husband and friends and enjoys travelling to experience different cultures through food. Xochitl continues to volunteer her time, at the non-profit she counseled at, guiding First Time Home buyers with a brief synopsis of the home buying process.
"My passion is to serve my community through education and communication, in my area of expertise, real estate."
