Prior to real estate, Louie earned his BSPA in Financial Management from Indiana University. At the start of 2021, Louie introduced "Home, your way," as his value proposition. After successfully closing several deals, he recognized that each client has different needs. He learned the importance of tailoring his approach to surpass the needs of each client. "Home, your way" is at the forefront of Louie's interactions with his clients.
