• Professional Background

Ann Zartman merges her international relocations experience as well as a background in teaching to form a strong platform for meeting her clients’ needs. Ann worked as corporate services manager for a global relocations company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia before finally putting her roots down in Chicago where she has lived for last decade. Her experience with buyers and sellers from all over the world gives her a big-picture understanding of how all pieces of the puzzle must come together for a seamless transaction to take place. Prior to launching her career in real estate, Ann was a dedicated teacher. After 3 years of teaching English in Japan, she taught in Chicago Public Schools where she won recognition for innovative ways to challenge and motivate her students.

•  Skills and Training

She earned her MA in Public Administration for International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. She has experience and training in sales/marketing, data analysis, and strategic planning. In addition to English, she speaks Spanish and Japanese languages. A skilled data analyst, Ann provides timely and accurate market data which is crucial for informing good decisions. She is a trained Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and knows the importance of a collaborative approach to negotiating and good communication.

Ann Zartman strives to fully understand each person and their respective situation.  She uses unique tools and resources to help her clients come up with action plans. She is hard working, detail oriented and passionate about helping people! In her free time, Ann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, outdoor activities, art, music, dance and yoga.
