Why Cam Benson?

I have devoted my career to real estate. Having grown up and raised a family in the Chicago area, I am familiar with all the neighborhoods. As a seasoned professional who has witnessed the ups and downs in the market, I have the ability to close deals during the toughest times. Why Jill Cunningham? 

A third-generation Realtor, I have been in real estate sales and financing for 13 years. While my specialty is in residential real estate sales, I have vast expertise that includes working in commercial real estate finance. This has given me the ability to assist clients in securing loans, as well as helping them with the task of making important financial decisions.  I speak the complex language of finance, and have the ability to relay that information in a way that anyone can understand.

Born and raised in the area, I am intimately aware of all that the Chicago and North Shore neighborhoods have to offer.  With a calm and engaging personality, I am the kind of person people enjoy being around. I am compassionate when it comes to my clients, and passionate about what I do. Far from soft, I am a bulldog when I need to be, and work hard to make deals happen.

In addition to spending time with my husband and two children, I dedicate much of my time at Children’s Memorial Hospital.  I serve on the Family Advisory Board and volunteer in many other areas of the Hospital.

Why Debbie Gray?

Licensed since 1994, Debbie spent numerous years in the restaurant business before turning to real estate full time. She graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a B.S. in Finance. Shelby currently resides in Wicker Park with her husband and spends her free time checking out trend-setting restaurants, trying the latest exercise craze, and volunteering for Bright Pink and the JEH Scholarship Foundation.

Three key qualities Glo possesses that allow her to find the "perfect fit" for her clients.  Glo Van Vlack Rolighed is a lifelong resident of the Northshore and Chicago with 20 years of experience in real estate including residential sales, consulting and relocation services.  Her knowledge of the real estate landscape has evolved from living in communities throughout the Chicagoland area including Winnetka, Northfield, Evanston, Glenview, Lake Forest and Chicago. She has consulted with clients on market trends and the unique face of the Northshore as well as helped families relocate domestically and internationally.

Education plays an important role in Glo's understanding of the real estate market and her ability to serve her client's needs, goals and aspirations. Her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and MBA in Marketing from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Management provide her with a varried skill set that she applies to the of buying and selling of real estate.  Glo's understanding of marketing, strategy and communications have enabled her to achieve excellence in the marketplace and customer satisfaction.

In addition to real estate, Glo serves on a variety boards throughout Chicagoland, including Lyric Opera of Chicago, Chicago Botanic Garden, Piven Theatre Workshop and Northwestern University, and takes great joy in helping others. She is an experienced manager, fundraiser and event organizer.  Her philanthropic background includes planning, designing and managing conferences, benefits and short-term projects.  She is an avid floral designer and loves remodeling and interior design!
