Since starting her career as a Realtor in 1989, through the ups and downs of the real estate market, Beth has built a following that uniformly commends her for confidently and effortlessly helping her clients through the process of purchasing or selling their most important asset - their home, Beth's energy and enthusiasm for her job is evident as she treats each client as though they are the most important client. She constantly keeps in touch during every step of the way. Beth truly loves her job and it shows.

As a passionate advocate for her clients, Beth works as a sure-handed negotiator to ensure that her clients are consistently satisfied with the process overall, assured about the final contract price, and eager to move into their new home. Beth believes that negotiation is both an art and a science, a Realtor must be able to see a transaction from every vantage point, never losing sight of her client's objectives, Above all, however, Beth believes the entire process and relationship be guided by integrity.

Her dedication to the sellers and buyers who have become her clients has resulted in her business based on 100% referrals. She believes that communicating to keep her clients informed is one of the most important keys to the selling process.

Her husband, Jim was a mortgage broker for 17 years, which has given Beth a strong sense of the mortgage process and what to look for while vetting the financial stability of a buyer's offer. Jim is now one of the best interior photographers in Chicago. Having top quality photos taken is one of the most important steps in the successful marketing of a home.

Beth feels that every real estate transaction is a learning experience and an opportunity to reinvest that knowledge back into her business.

She currently resides in Lincoln Park with her husband of 21 years and their two teenage boys. Beth graduated from the University of Iowa in 1983.

Clients are saying:

"If I could give Beth more than five stars, I would. She not only dots all I's and crosses all T's--she forms a relationship with her clients and helps them navigate the uncertainties of selling/buying a home. Beth made a terribly daunting task for my family into the best decision of our life."
