Beth Wexner - Senior Sales Broker
Beth began her real estate career in 1990 in the tough training ground of the development market. Her husband Richard Wexner, a veteran Chicagoland Developer, provided her with excellent tools and advice based on his successful career. Its' challenges have helped her to achieve the level of accessibility, accountability and high energy that has brought her respect as one of the top 1% of producers in the Chicago Real Estate industry today. Beth is supported and works in concert with an extraordinary team. Each individual brings a special set of skills and talent enhancing, creating, planning and executing the necessary details for past business, today and tomorrow's opportunities.
Her dedication to the sellers, buyers, and developers who have become her clients has resulted in her business based 100% on referrals. She believes that communicating to keep her clients informed is one of the most important keys to the selling process. Beth surrounds herself with a first class support Team. Her Team consists of four agents whom she personnally trained and continues to mentor. Each agent has their own book of business but we meet weekly to discuss the market and strategize.
Beth feels that every real estate transaction is a learning experience and an opportunity to reinvest that knowledge back into her business. Through this knowledge her clients have a decisive edge in the negotiation process.
Beth restricts the size of her client base in order to guarantee the quality of service she has built her reputation upon. She values her business with the same importance she values her family and treats both parts of her life with enthusiasm, knowledge, and organization.
After 26 years as a Lincoln Park resident, Beth and her family made the move from a single family home to a Gold Coast condo where she lived with her husband. Eight years later, a spectacular apartment became available in the ever-demanding River North neighborhood which is where she and her spouse and spoiled cavapoo now call home. Lately Beth spends whatever free time she has available to babysit and play with her three grandchildren, all ;under the age of five/ Beth has a 36 year old married daughter, Nicki, who recently bought her first single family in the Southport Corridor. Nicki's husband, Lee Eisenstein, is a Director of Asset Management at VENTAS, a publicly owned real estate investment trust. Her son Adam, age 33, is a sixth-year attorney-associate at KIRKLAND AND ELLIS. He is married to Ashley (Simmons) Wexner, a fourth-year attorney-associate at SIDLEY AND AUSTIN. Beth's active role in her family, children and grandchildren's lives keeps her committed to the community. The variety of her highlighted charities include the American Cancer Institute, the Marwen Foundation, Lynne Sage Breast Cancer Foundation and other personal philanthropic institutions. The culmination and commitment of all these activities renders this top producer's active and successful life.
Clients are saying:
"We worked with Beth for over a year searching for the perfect home for our growing family. She was extremely patient, honest and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Also, her involvement doesn't end when the sale is complete. She has been a valuable asset to us as first-time house owners with her never ending rolodex of quality contractors and expert advice. We consider her more than a real estate agent - she is now a friend to our family! We recommend Beth a million times over. She is truly a gem."
