I advise an array of clients from renters and first-time home buyers, to experienced sellers and investors, in multi-unit condo buildings, townhomes and single family homes. I work all around Chicago - but primarily specialize in the neighborhoods of Southport Corridor, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Park, North Center, Lincoln Square, Bucktown, Wicker Park, West Town & West Loop.

I focus my time and energy into building genuine relationships, rather than hunting for work. Don't get me wrong, I rely on business to support my family - but there will always be demand for real estate. People choose to work with me because they trust me. Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest financial (and often emotional) decisions you will make in life - you should trust your realtor is sincerely vested in your best interest.

 

My goal is simple: empower you to make smart, confident decisions. You should be able to rely on your realtor as a trusted advisor to provide market insights to help you make well informed choices. I will offer my advice where requested, but also respect that you know what's best for you better than anyone else. My Take on Real Estate.

I turned to real estate after nearly 10 years in a corporate career with Mercedes-Benz. I couldn't wait to let free my long suppressed entrepreneurial spirit and put my business and marketing experience into action in a meaningful way. I leverage my background everyday to provide a unique advantage. Representing one of the most iconic brands in the world became a part of who I am, and will forever be engrained in what I do. I have an immense sense of pride and responsibility to deliver to the highest standard, and will accept nothing less. 

 
Real estate allows me the opportunity to have a direct and lasting impact on peoples lives. I frankly saw an opportunity within a high-demand industry with too many left underserved and underwhelmed. I knew I could offer so much more, and made this my mission. I thrive working in a dynamic market environment and focus on arming my clients with intelligent analytics to capitalize their position within the market. I apply a very methodical approach, a comprehensive strategy and meticulous attenion to detail so that nothing is left to chance with such high stakes on the line. I actively invest in my business, leveraging the latest technology, always looking to innovate and find a better way of doing things. A Bit More About Me.

Originally a Michigan native (and still a loyal Detoit sports fan), I moved to Chicago after graduating from Michigan State University (Go Green!). The vibrant energy of the city captured my heart, and nearly 10 years later, I've never looked back. My husband, son and I happily live in Southport Corridor, where we enjoy the unique divergence of a quiet tree-lined neighborhood in an active bustling city. I am a certified yoga instructor, entrepreneur at heart, love to cook, DIY projects and live music.
