STOP LOOKING.START FINDING.
Brian Felder has lived and worked in Chicago since 2004. Originally from Indiana, Brian attended Ball State University and earned his B.S. degree in Marketing, along with his minors in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. After moving to Chicago, he experienced quick success and several promotions within the corporate world, but always felt unfulfilled working for a large corporation rather than for himself. Combining his passion for real estate along with his entrepreneurial spirit, the decision to enter the real estate industry was an easy choice.
Brian's dedication and loyalty to his clients is what allows for his success. Whether assisting first time buyers in finding that perfect "first home" or representing a seasoned buyer or seller, he serves his clients through each part of the real estate transaction with loyalty, integrity, honesty and patience. In addition to his personal successes, he is thrilled to be part of a company that is known for incredible marketing/advertising and overall exposure. @properties has been named on Crain's "Fast Fifty" list of fastest growing companies in Chicago and has experienced incredible growth year after year. @properties also prides itself on having the highest selling price to list price ratio and shortest overall market time of any major brokerage firm in Chicago, which given the time value of money, equates to a higher return on investment.
In addition to real estate, Brian is a professional pianist who has performed all over the country. He has been a pianist on Royal Carribean and Carnival cruiselines and at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He can be seen playing piano at several venues in Chicago on a regular basis. Brian currently lives in Buena Park and enjoys reading, horseback riding, traveling and being surrounded by his friends and family.
Clients are saying:
"Brian was professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and immediately responded to questions. He was prompt to get us in to view homes and was always on top of things during negotiations. Most importantly to me, he was honest and truly looked out for our best interests in the process. Thanks to him, we got a home we love at a good price we could afford."
