Becca has invested 7 years working for one of Chicago’s top real estate attorneys. During this time, she has gained insight into the needs and concerns of both buyers and sellers and learned of clients’ desire for both an advisor and advocate. Her ability to understand contract terms and the timing of each contingency helps her to effectively educate and guide clients to make the most informed decisions when shopping for the home of their dreams.
In addition, Becca believes it is important to provide her clients with the best and most highly recommended resources (lender, inspector, attorney, contractors, movers & more) to ensure a smooth and successful transaction, which again makes her of a great value to her clients as an advocate and advisor.
In today’s world instant information and response time are super important. Becca prides herself at always being available to clients, regardless of the time. Her clients would vouch for telling you she is hypersensitive to replying to emails, as she wants every client to feel like they are always her only priority.
Becca has deep roots in the community and is actively involved in volunteer efforts. She is currently a resident of Elwood - she loves lots of land & mowing the grass! Becca grew up in the south suburb of Chicago Heights where her family ran a successful plumbing company (lots of construction knowledge from that experience!) and spent some of her post-college years living in Logan Square in Chicago. Becca has vast geographic market knowledge, so whether you’re suburbs or city, this girl can meet your needs!
When Becca has free time, she loves spent time with her family, cooking, checking out new city restaurants, visiting parks, hiking & travel.

Having grown up in the Quad Cities, Jeff’s first visit to Chicago was going to a Chicago Bulls game with his dad at the old Chicago Stadium. “We were lucky enough to keep one of the old bricks as a souvenir." Years later, after attending Northern Illinois University and earning a degree in Geography and Urban Studies, Jeff immediately moved to Chicago.
Jeff began his real estate career working for a real estate developer in new construction sales and in August 2009, he decided to join the @properties family! “@properties has an incredible marketing team and is at the top of Chicago real estate so it was an easy choice.” Jeff knows that buying and selling a home is a major decision and he wants to help guide you through it to make the process as easy and fun as possible. His goal is to have you walk into a home and think: “This is it! I love this home.” Jeff’s biggest compliment is when his clients say to him: “I’ll totally refer you to all of my friends.”
“My two favorite things to do in my spare time are kayaking and taking in the Chicago food scene. Kayaking on the Chicago River is something that a lot of Chicagoans don’t know about. Being an architecture buff, the views are amazing, it’s actually affordable, and it’s an amazing workout without it feeling like one. I also love cooking, visiting the farmers markets, and trying new restaurants whether it’s down home BBQ to authentic Indian food, just about anything goes.”
Jeff recently earned his GREEN real estate designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which he is a member of! He is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR).
You can contact him directly anytime by calling 309-269-3499.

Representing both buyers and sellers in Chicago, with exceptional service, integrity and honesty, Robin has consistently been recognized by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as a top producer (top 1% citywide and over $350M in career transactions) since 2001. Robin was named to the 40 Under 40 list and separately recognized as a top woman in real estate by Metro Chicago Real Estate Magazine. Her real estate expertise has been acknowledged by various other print publications and on local television programs.
A licensed attorney as well, Robin’s education, background and 14 years of real estate brokerage experience make her a tenacious advocate and negotiator for her clients, an avid researcher of market conditions and a stickler for detail and accuracy. Robin’s main focus in serving her clients is to educate them, informing them of all their choices, so they can make informed decisions that they are comfortable with. Robin is brutally honest with her clients and would rather steer them away from buying or selling if that decision is not in their best interest. These characteristics coupled with her clear passion for her profession, marketing efforts and technology skills distinguish Robin and are the reason her business is driven largely by referrals and repeat clients, both buyers and sellers.
Raised in Vermont, Robin moved to Chicago in 1995 and she has lived in both Lincoln Park and Lakeview since that time. Robin purchased her first condo in 1996 and since has purchased and renovated several properties. She also tends to move often (every few years) which keeps her connected to the personal aspect of buying and selling real estate and serves as a reminder to the stresses her clients feel during this momentous time. Robin is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In her free time, Robin volunteers for Friends of Oscar Mayer School, enjoys the foodie scene and takes her dog, Woody, for walks in Lincoln Park.
“We hired Robin to sell our townhouse in Chicago in the "downturn." The thing we liked most was her honesty despite the poor timing in the residential marketplace. She was responsive, knowledgeable and tactical in her ability to educate a buyer/seller from start to finish. We highly recommend her for any residential activities in Chicagoland.” – Jimmy, Bucktown, buyer and seller
“Robin is a stellar realtor. Robin's most impressive traits are her understanding of the local market, her advocacy on behalf of her clients both in finding a property and negotiating a deal, and the ongoing support she is willing to provide after the close. She has a huge network of exceptional contractors to recommend whenever her clients have need. We have used Robin to purchase and sell multiple properties, and recommend her to anyone looking to find a property in the city.” – Chris, Lakeview, buyer and seller
“Robin researched the market to find the best list price for us that would also sell quickly. We went under contract in less than a week for our list price. Robin is very professional and an expert at every step of the sales process from listing to closing. She responds to any questions or issues in a very timely manner and has many contacts if you need help getting your house ready to show. Robin made the entire process less stressful and got us the best price very quickly.” – Christina, Lincoln Park, seller
