Born and raised here as a 4th generation Chicagoan, Chris brings deep perspective to Chicago and its neighborhoods. Having recently served on the Board of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, Chris is passionate about the City as a place to work and live. Chris came to real estate after a notable career in professional sales. Starting in sales at Ameritech, Chris was named Rookie of the Year for the entire company.  Later in another role at Microsoft, he was personally recognized by Steve Ballmer for making key inroads for across the Midwest. These powerful experiences are part of the reason Chris was named the #1 new agent at the largest residential real estate office in the country his first year in real estate and has gone on to accomplish the following in the business:

Christy began her Real Estate career in 2005 after many years in marketing and sales for Eli Lilly and the Gap. While originally from Ohio, Christy has lived in Chicago for over 15 years and is proud to call this incredible city home. Christy has a rich sense of style and design, having helped develop and design numerous properties for sale. Christy understands the difference between "developer" and true "custom" finishes and can help clients see past the badge on the appliances to determine if a property is really "well done" which translates into price, and importantly, re-sale value.


Beyond helping others buy and sell real estate, Chris and Christy have bought, sold, developed and managed numerous of their own properties. This personal experience combined with deep brokerage experience means they can help you avoid the pitfalls and find the rewards of buying and selling real estate.
