Born in Lincoln Park, raised in Evanston, and a Winnetka resident for over 25 years, Chris specializes in residential properties along the North Shore, from Evanston to Lake Forest. Chris studied Economics at Indiana University and continuously analyzes North Shore marketplace trends so she can accurately guide and counsel her clients. She brings a vast knowledge of North Shore neighborhoods, schools, building trends, local resources and puts it to work helping clients find the right new house in their chosen community. Her professional network of experts includes home staging consultants, contractors, lawyers, mortgage experts, home inspectors and hands-on move transition specialists, ensuring client transactions are handled smoothly and with the greatest care.

Chris and her husband Pat are now empty nesters living on a golf course in Highland Park. Her experience selling her longtime family home enables her to empathetically assist her clients through big lifetime transition moves.  Chris and Pat have three sons working and living in Chicago, all graduates of Loyola Academy. Chris has practiced yoga over 25 years, and also enjoys racquet sports, playing paddle, tennis & pickle in the North Shore Women's Leagues. She is active in the community on numerous boards and civic organizations, and is a founding Gold Level Sponsor of the Winnetka Music Festival, supporting her lifelong passion for music and concerts.
