About Me

With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Christina Fawcett is consistently ranked among the top agents on the North Shore and has completed over $175 million in sales. She earned an MBA from Northwestern’s prestigious Kellogg School of Management and she brings a multifaceted and professional approach to serving her clients.  Christina has lived in Winnetka with her husband and three children, ages 12 to 21, since 1992.  Therefore, she is thoroughly knowledgeable about school and community organizations and issues.  Her philosophy is that selling real estate is not about completing a single transaction, but rather about developing solid working relationships with clients that can benefit them over the long term. 

Christina works extensively with new construction, as well as with vintage homes and renovations.  Before taking on any assignment, she performs extensive research to understand the needs of her clients. This professional approach, coupled with her broad capabilities and vast experience, has translated into successful outcomes for a wide variety of buyers and sellers.

Helping my clients reach their goals is my number one priority.  The purchase or sale of a home is one of their most important financial transactions, so I strive to help them make educated, fact-based decisions.  With buyers, my approach means understanding their specific needs and finding the home which best meets their requirements.  With sellers, it means developing a customized marketing plan to position their home in the most favorable way.  In all cases, my approach is to establish trust with my clients and always put their interests first.
