Buying a home is a huge financial investment.  Cindy knows that in order to help clients make informed decisions, agents must be informed themselves.  To accomplish this, Cindy has a routine of previewing homes daily as new ones are listed, in order to stay on top of the ever changing inventory. This allows her to mentally compare not just the typical room count in pricing, but condition, improvements, location, and overall feel -  those intangibles you can't read on listing sheets.  She also attends classes regularly to stay sharp and current with new market trends, attends conferences and continues to learn something new each day.

When her clients are ready to make an offer, Cindy thoroughly researches comparable homes and other relevant information to share with her buyers so that they are comfortable with their offering price.  She does the same meticulous work before she attends a listing presentation. She points out all the positives as well as the negatives including possible resale issues. 

Having purchased and lived in 3 homes in Northfield and one in Winnetka in the past 20 years, Cindy knows her market areas well.  Each town, each community, each village is unique- its schools, amenities, size and price points.  She has listed and sold homes from Lakeview to Gurnee, and as far west as Schaumburg. She goes where her clients lead her, but the North Shore and border communities are her primary market area.  

Cindy has a warm, laid back personality with an easy smile and a "no worries" attitude, but don't let that fool you.  With her years of experience as a Realtor and with her training as an attorney ( non-practicing), she is a fierce advocate for her clients.  She is a strong negotiator, is proactive, and can troubleshoot issues before they become problems.  Her clients love the fact that she is always accessible and answers texts and calls as quickly as possible.
