Call to Action!

Friday, 21 Jul 2017 at 01:55 pm

When you rent you forfeit the benefits of deducting the mortgage interest along with the real estate taxes from what you pay taxes on! Interest rates are going to continue to go up so do yourself a favor and invest in your future with homeownership!

Wednesday, 06 Jul 2016 at 04:12 pm

Talk about unintended consequences..."Brexit" will likely benefit our real estate market in 2 ways. Mortgage interest rates dipped (along with equities & oil prices) and investors may choose to invest instead in the USA real estate market as a safe haven. The caveat is: if you're thinking of making a move, do it now!
