As a lifelong resident of the north side of Chicago, Dan has firsthand knowledge of the communities, schools, parks, dining, shopping, and nightlife in many of Chicago's neighborhoods. Dan grew up in Rogers Park on the north side of Chicago and has also lived in the Lakeview, North Center, Lincoln Square, and Sauganash neighborhoods. Dan attended high school at Loyola Academy in Wilmette, IL where he was an honor student and three sport athlete and received a football scholarship to Valparaiso University in Indiana. After a short time away at school, Dan quickly realized that Chicago was the place that he wanted to be and returned home to attend college at DePaul University in Chicago’s Lincoln Park campus where he was a double major in Marketing and Communications.

 

Dan developed his love for Real Estate at a young age while helping his Dad manage and maintain multi-unit buildings from the time he was a small child. Dan shows a true joy and enthusiasm in helping clients with any and all of their Real Estate needs and prides himself on excellent customer service. Dan treats every client and Real Estate transaction with an approach as if it were his own family involved. Dan has attained high praise from his past and present clients which is evidenced by his many repeat clients, trusted investor clients, and referrals from clients to their friends, family, and colleagues. While being with @properties, Dan has quickly risen to the top as one of the companies Top Producing agents. Dan has been recognized as a Five Star Agent by Chicago Magazine every year from 2012-2020, a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer 2015-2020, and was recently awarded the @properties Road to Rolex award after producing sales in excess of $10 Million for the second year in a row. 

 

 Dan currently resides in the Sauganash community with his wife and three children and is an active member of the Queen of All Saints Parish/Community.
