He started his career as a mortgage broker and quickly learned the exciting business of Real Estate. He has been awarded @properties and CAR Top Producer in 2007, 2009 and 2010 closing 20 transactions with a sales volume between 5 to 10 million dollars per year. Daniel is an accredited agent and Real Estate Broker who values continuing education. Daniel's Real Estate designations include the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS). Daniel continues to work on his Real Estate studies and has been awarded the Designation of Certification Scholarship to complete the Loyola Executive Real Estate Program in 2011. Daniel also holds a Real Estate license in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Daniel prides himself on his excellent communication skills.
Raised in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, Daniel moved to Chicago in 1994 and has since lived in many neighborhoods; an experience that has given him vast knowledge of the City of Chicago and the amazing cultural diversity this great city has to offer. Daniel purchased his first home, a 2 flat in Bucktown in 1998, and has since purchased, renovated and sold various properties. He believes this experience has kept him connected to the personal aspect of buying and selling real estate and serves as a reminder to the experience and emotions his clients endure during this momentous time in their lives.
