From a very young age, Joshua Muniz has had a love of real estate. Born and raised in Chicago, Joshua has extensive knowledge of both local and downtown markets and unbridled enthusiasm for architecture. As such, while at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business Joshua concentrated his studies specifically in real estate.
Joshua started his career as a leasing agent and quickly gained a reputation for offering extraordinary customer service to his clients. He catapulted himself to success by leasing–up Moment (545 N. McClurg Ct.) and The Streeter (345 E. Ohio) helping place close to 1000 residents in a 24-month period and earning him recognition as a multimillion-dollar producer in high-end leasing. Along with this vast knowledge of real estate, Joshua applies his tireless work ethic, people skills and negotiation experience to bring his clients results.
Prior to his career in real estate, Joshua capitulated sales for a luxury goods retailer and launched his own profitable sporting goods company. When Joshua is not assisting clients with their housing needs, he is either in the pool swimming, or on the tennis courts. He's also an avid non-fiction reader especially intrigued by the biographies of business tycoons.
He is notoriously positive and enthusiastic and his lifelong passion and curiosity for real estate bring depth and exposure to areas of Chicago real estate that he now leverages for clients.
