About Me

"Dawn Lynch is an outstanding real estate professional in all respects. From the start, she truly stood out as being an exceptionally knowledgeable professional and very much to aligning her efforts with the customer's needs."

Dawn has been Chicago area real estate expert since 2002. With her strong focus on client service, Dawn enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. Her extensive referral network is a tribute to how well she understands and meets her client's needs. Dawn leverages her data analysis skills against a deep understanding of the Chicago real estate market to create successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers.  Her ten years of corporate experience in client advocacy gives Dawn an advantage in negotiating on her client's behalf.

Dawn discovered her love for real estate after rehabbing her first loft condo.  It was through that process that Dawn realized that her experience had provided her all the tools she needed to run a successful one-on-one business that helps clients reach their goals.

Dawn is from Palos Park, IL and attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  After college she worked for the Quaker Oats Company for 7 years (now PepsiCo), and Art Technology Group for nearly 3 years (now Oracle).  Dawn enjoys home design and staging, and is a co-owner of Closet Outfitters in Chicago.  She loves to travel anywhere she can hike and/or paddle board, and plays pickleball and tennis.  She has lived in Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, and currently resides on the North Center/Lincoln Square border with her husband.

Clients are saying:

"Dawn listed/sold my current condo and then helped me find a fantastic condo to buy and make my new home.
She worked very hard to get me the highest sale price the condo complex saw in many years. She was very patient with me and guided me through the sale process.
Dawn also helped me find a new home. Again, she was very patient with me. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I plan to use Dawn in the future. Thank you Dawn."
