Deborah brings a dynamic and progressive approach to representing her clients. With over 20+ years of experience and over $275 million in sales, Deborah provides a defined plan of marketing, staging and perhaps the most critical, the strategy of pricing. Knowing the market and outlining the most relevant data for the best pricing possible is critical. Deborah does this using very clear language. It's important to note that the "value" of your home needs to be communicated 4 times over for one successful transaction. The buyer's broker, the buyer, the inspector and the appraiser(on behalf of the lender) all need to recognize the value. 

Deborah has adopted Chicago as her hometown but started in real estate in the Hollywood Hills, California and then spent many years in Santa Fe, New Mexico representing price ranges from $250,000 to $5,000,000. With over 400 transactions Deborah has represented people across many diverse fields from CEO's to artists, engineers, physicists, restaurant owners, musicians, doctors and retired couples.  

Deborah brings a keen admiration for Chicago's architectural offerings and varied neighborhoods. While Deborah calls Andersonville home, she has spent a great deal of time in many of the neighborhoods, some of her favorites include: Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Old Town, Lakeview, Ravenswood, Andersonville, Bucktown and West Loop. Having built and remodeled numerous homes over her career, Deborah is comfortable advising clients on what upgrades and changes provide the greatest value.
Prior to her many years in real estate, Deborah spent time honing her advertising and marketing skills with J. Walter Thompson, an internationally renowned advertising agency, Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Records, and Andy Warhol's Interview Magazine.
