With an MBA in Entrepreneurship, DiAne has served as director of a housing program where she built and managed multi-million dollar projects, worked as a fixed income and equity trader and as an award-winning inside salesperson for a technology company.

DiAne is skilled at quickly coming to understand each client's unique vision, tastes, lifestyle and budget and identifies properties that become beloved homes and solid investments. What excites DiAne most is when her clients experience that spine-tingling "this is it" feeling when locating the perfect home. An expert at managing details, DiAne focuses on turning that "it" feeling into reality through skillfully managing the team of lenders, attorneys and agents to ensure everyone is on the same timeline. DiAne is an avid renovator who enjoys sharing her passion for combining historic homes with the needs of modern day living. She has personally renovated five homes and managed a multi-unit rehab. She particularly enjoys kitchen renovations and is known for her work staging properties in preparation for sale. She provides clients with detailed plans and honest feedback for interior and exterior adjustments necessary to successfully position properties for today's buyers.

DiAne lives in Oak Park with her husband and two kids. Outside of work you'll find her spending time with family, enjoying all that Oak Park and Chicago offer a music and theatre-loving, sports-crazed family!
