45+ years serving the North Shore and Chicago, specializing in single family, condominiums, and new construction.
Experience and dedication plus hard work have contributed to Donna being one of the top agents in the Chicagoland area. Donnas real estate career started on the North Shore in the early 1970s. She was a relocation agent for a major corporation for over 10 years. Donnas clients have ranged from first time home buyers to million dollar listings in both the North Shore and Chicago. Her wealth of experience has given her expertise in negotiating for both buyers and sellers in a number of varying transactions. Erica, Donnas daughter, joined her as her partner in 2006 with 4 years of experience as a marketing director for 2 different real estate companies. Clients describe Donna as a dedicated, results oriented agent who truly cares about the overall happiness of her clients.
Donna is very involved in the Evanston community and generously donates her time to the Center for Independent Futures. She is also a member of the John Evans Club and was a founding member of the Northwestern Catbackers. She lived in Wilmette for 6 years before moving to Evanston. Donna has lived in Evanston for the past 41 years and raised her children there.

I am a native of Evanston and 7 year Uptown resident that has spent most of my life cultivating a personal and professional relationship with Chicagoland. I joined the @ family in the fall of 2009. Ever since I have strived to ensure that all of my clients have a real estate experience that helps them fall in love with Chicagoland the same way I have. Whether it is getting a seller the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time or making sure a buyer ends up in a home that suits all of their needs within their budget, I am resolute in my commitment that my clients' experience is an efficient, effective, and positive one. I firmly believe that my clients deserve a relationship with their agent that extends beyond the close of a transaction. Total care means being a knowledge and referral source, not just a transactional advisor. The Zupancic Group, of which I am a member, is dedicated to providing that total care to our clients and has nearly a century of combined experience in real estate.
I earned a B.A. in English Literature from Denison University in 1999. From there I turned my eyes skyward. After finishing the Professional Pilot Program at Delta Connection Academy near the top of my class, I subsequently served as both a flight and ground school instructor. I then headed to the airlines where I spent most of my 5 year career based out of JFK Airport in New York. While vastly different in execution I see the key principles that make a safe flight and a successful real estate transaction as being quite similar: Sound fundamental knowledge, an awareness of the surrounding environment, and a plan for all contingencies. In my tenure in the aviation industry I learned the ability to work in high pressure, high risk environments, and to absorb all the information around me. As a broker, I have spent the last 9 years adapting and honing those skills for this industry. It is my job to serve as co-pilot to my clients and arm them with the market understanding and professional support necessary to safely navigate their transaction.
At the core of a stable real estate market is a healthy and vibrant community. Giving back to the town from which I have so greatly benefited is important to me. To that end, I serve on the boards of ETHS Educational Foundation and Y.O.U. Evanston and am currently in my 2nd term as the President of the Evanston Township High School Alumni Association.

I have been actively selling real estate in the Chicago and North Shore area for over 25 years! My advertising and marketing background for one of the grand old advertising agencies in Chicago (J. Walter Thompson) provided me with the knowledge to design an individualized marketing program based on each particular property. In addition, I have made continuing education a part of my business plan and have spent time learning from the great real estate gurus as well as keeping up with technology and its rapid changes. My referral network of painters, contractors, architects, plumbers, inspectors, attorneys, mortgage brokers, electricians, stagers, etc. has been assembled over a long period of time. I can give you several names for whatever you might need.
My target areas include the north side of the city and the north shore with an emphasis on Evanston, Wilmette, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater, Andersonville, Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Albany Park, Mayfair, Kenilworth, and Winnetka. I have sold as far north as Beach Park (on the Wisconsin border) and as far south as Bolingbrook.
Community involvement has always been important to me and I try to participate as much as I can. I served on PTA and Booster boards for all the schools my children attended plus I ran the Concession Stand at ETHS for several years which included a State Swim Meet each year. I spent 14 years delivering "Meals at Home" and I'm currently serving on the governmental affairs committee for the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.
I also enjoy making music and have done so with a number of good amateur groups including the Chicago Master Singers, The Chicago Bar Association Chorus and Orchestra as well as my local church choir. I'm in a book group that was started by one of my clients and we are still together some 15 years later and I've now sold properties to both of her children.
As your @properties real estate broker, my goal is to get your condo, coop, house or 2 flat sold as quickly as possible, for the highest price the market will bear with the least inconvenience to you. The same is true if you are purchasing a new property. I will provide guidance each step of the way whether you are buying or selling. Let's get started!
