Erin also has training in property short sales and bank own properties(CDPE). This allows her to push through the sales cycle more quickly, accurately price a home and negotiate with banks.   Erin is also a CNE(Certified Negotiation Expert) this training also helps you achieve the best sales price or purchase price for your home.  Erin has experience working in multiple markets, she enjoys selling in downtown Chicago and the Downers Grove area.   This helps her edge especially in fast moving markets where her knowledge of multiple contracts can highly benefit her clients.
