As a full-time resident of Lake Geneva, Fred understands the different objectives of his full-time and "vacation property" clients.  He has seen the market evolve and change in good economics and bad and is only happy when his clients get the service and outcomes they deserve.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Fred ran a successful brokerage business at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and continued trading until he built his real estate portfolio.  He holds a BA from Marquette University and worked construction during school breaks, which gives him an added advantage when it comes to seeing the potential in any property.
