About Me

Gloria Wagner

Licensed Real Estate Broker
Realtor Associate, SRES, e-Pro, Certified Relocation Specialist

Since 1999, I've been helping home buyers and sellers in the Chicago area. My goal is to get the most money for my sellers in the least amount of time. During 2016 and 2017 I sold my listings in Evanston and Chicago for an average of 97.3% of list price, averaging 27 days of market time. (Source MRED 2016/2017). I aim to make the process of buying and selling, as simple and stress-free as possible. View my "Testimonials" page to see what my clients have to say about me.

I have personally bought, sold and renovated residential and investment properties in the Chicago area. Also, I have lived in Evanston, Glenview, Northbrook, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Edgewater Beach and West Ridge.

Long before becoming a Realtor in 1999, my sister and I bought a 3-flat in Chicago. It was a leap of faith, since neither of us had experience buying, selling or managing any property. We worked in the publishing and design fields and dove into real estate with great enthusiasm, high energy and minimal cash. It was not easy, but we figured it out, by trial and error. We were live-in landlords. When we sold the property we walked away with the biggest checks we'd ever seen. So, despite the challenges, I was never going to rent again.

Prior to selling real estate, I was a Field Liaison for Arthur Andersen's web publishing division. As Senior Acquisitions Manager for the Nightingale Conant Corporation, I developed audio and video products with best-selling authors in personal development. Prior to publishing I was an account executive for commercial photography and creative arts firms.
