About Me

As a proud fifth generation Chicagoan, Jason's roots are planted deeply within the Windy City. With over 25 years of combined experience in real estate and law, his vast knowledge and continual analysis of the Chicagoland market enable him to provide extensive information and reliable advice.

The owner of a Loop-based law practice, Jason has litigated a countless number of real estate-related cases involving lenders, developers, investors and homeowners. Jason utilizes this experience as an attorney to effectively represent his clients best interests, acting as a trusted advisor, dedicated advocate, and strong negotiator.

With a passion for real estate, Jason enjoys nothing more than finding the perfect property for his clients. He accomplishes this by maintaining a transparent stream of communication, gaining a clear understanding of home-seekers needs, wants, and goals. When working for sellers, he applies a myriad of effective tools to market their property, ensuring a quick close at the highest possible price. Jason's aim is to establish long-term relationships with all clients, a goal he successfully attains by consistently exceeding expectations.

Jason is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University's School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver. He is also currently the Hockey Director and Varsity Head Coach at Lane Tech High School, and has previously coached for St. Ignatius College Prep and the Chicago Young Americans.  In 2015, Jason joined @properties and is honored to be part of The Dennis Huyck Group.

Whether your home search takes you to the City or Suburbs, Jason offers a welcome level of energy and expertise to your next real estate experience.
