Since receiving my license in 2006 I have completed over 300 transactions nearing $45M in closed business volume! Knowledge. Knowledge is the single most important factor when working with homebuyers-- especially first time homebuyers! Selling developments and newly renovated homes (a.k.a. flips) has taught me immeasurable knowledge of great investments, quality construction, and effective renovations. Watching properties go through demolition to completion has educated me on so many levels. For example, when touring homes I evaluate the structure, layout, finishes and mechanicals. After every viewing I share the good, the bad, and the ugly with my clients. This way they are better informed of the homes condition & any upcoming repair costs. Even when a property may initially seem like a [zero] to my clients, I can easily breakdown specific updates along with ballpark costs to turn the property into a [hero] in no time!
Choosing to be a Licensed Real Estate Broker was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Jenny Nelson started her real estate career with @properties in 2012 as a team member of Majic Realty Group (MRG). Starting out Jenny was the team’s Administrator until she chose to become a full-time licensed real estate Broker in 2014. Prior to real estate Jenny has had 20+ years of management experience along with 10+ years’ experience in banking & finance.
As a buyer’s agent, Jenny’s experience as Majic Realty Group’s Administrator has taught her the fundamentals of coordinating a smooth & successful closed transaction. Finding the right home for her client’s needs is her top priority. Assisting with 100+ transactions has taught her how to overcome hurdles in the buying process and has connected her with a team of reputable, professionals to assist her client’s in their buying process.
