Each year our annual sales volume and revenue growth has climbed from $6,000,000 in 2008 to over $20,000,000 in annual sales every year since then averaging over 70 real estate transactions per year. However, it is not all about closed sales volume contrary to what many brokers say. MY EXPERIENCE
Jim has over twenty years of residential real estate sales, marketing and development. He has been active in the sales and marketing consultation for private and corporate transactions including property and development branding, marketing, sales and negotiations.
He is constantly keeping up with the latest trends and improvements in an effort to improve his skills in real estate development, sales and marketing.
He graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Architecture degree from The University of Illinois Chicago which is an added skill set for each of his buyer, seller, investor or development clients.
He has owned and managed a design/build company since 1991 with a focus on residential real estate in Chicago and the neighboring suburbs. Since 2005, Jim has focused his business mission to build a successful and award-winning real estate consulting business in the formation of the Gramata Realty Group and has proudly joined forces with Chicago's leading real estate company, @properties because of its shared vision and devotion to quality service and professionalism.
Jim continues to forge new disoveries with his Healthy Homes Chicago Initiative. His role with Healthy Homes Chicago is primarily about breaking routine and helping homeowner's becoming aware of where healthy improvements can be made. From the simplest of changes to the more complex concepts which involve our homes, new construction & design, architectural standards, community desires, global standards, legislative and governing laws and how we all can be more connected to our roles as stewards of the environment “ both our homes indoor environment and our community.
