Joe was born and raised on the North Shore and has been a resident of downtown Chicago's Streeterville and River North neighborhoods for over 20 years.  He has an intimate knowledge of Chicago and is an expert in the downtown market specifically as well as the North Shore suburbs.

He began his career in real estate in 1999 by investing in several downtown condominium projects and has gone on to own and manage several large real estate investment companies.  He has spent years as a National Speaker and Educator having taught tens of thousands of students around the country on real estate investing.

Joe has had a lifelong love for buying and selling real estate, and is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals.  He works with both buyers and sellers, from the North Shore to downtown Chicago, from first time home buyers to real estate developers.
