Katie is thrilled to join @properties and the Wyman Real Estate Group. Native to Chicago, Katie spent her elementary years in the Edgewater neighborhood, her high school years at St Ignatius College Prep and earned her degree from UW-Madison. Katie has spent her time since college earning two Masters Degrees while teaching at CPS. Katie has lived all over the city since her youth in Edgewater including Edgebrook, Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park, and Lakeview. She and family now have settled down in East Rogers Park. Clearly, Katie understands the vibrant character of Chicago’s neighborhoods and brings this experience to the ever changing dynamic of real estate. Katie combines lifelong knowledge of Chicago, a commitment of extreme loyalty to her clients, and her infectious, unbridled enthusiasm, to support her clients in reaching their goals.

Ann began her marketing career at Lincoln Park Zoo, starting such cherished events like ZooLights and worked to streamline philanthropic activities of the Chicago cultural icon. She then went on to direct large-scale promotions for clients including the Oscars, Illinois Lottery and Barilla. She has a tremendous ability to manage a myriad of details.
