Specializing in homes in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, Reatha Kay strives to help clients find the best options to meet their needs. With a 10-year career as a corporate and healthcare attorney prior to moving to Chicago, Reatha's passion for real estate began early on through her mother's real estate investment and renovation business. While her mother concentrated mostly on coastal properties, Reatha learned how to look past a space as presented and visualize its potential. Helping others visualize a space's potential is an important aspect of marketing the sale of one's home.

Reatha believes the saying "Chicago is a city of neighborhoods" truly reflects the variety of options people have when choosing where they want to live in the city. Each Chicago neighborhood has its own history and its own vibe. From high-rises to bungalows, the city is almost limitless in its options.

Residing in Lincoln Park for over 10 years and through her volunteer work for her neighborhood organization and her children's schools, Reatha knows that Lincoln Park has a variety of housing choices, price points and amenity options. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the neighborhood, its history, and the different developments and what each has to offer.

Working as part of the Scott Stavish Group also brings the knowledge of a team which has sold over 500 units, totaling more than $200 Million in sales. Servicing Chicago and the North Shore, the Scott Stavish Group has more than 30 years of real estate knowledge servicing Lincoln Park as well as many other Chicago neighborhoods. So, if your interests lie outside of Lincoln Park, Reatha can be sure to pass you on to a local expert in other areas.

Reatha's knowledge of Lincoln Park and her interest and involvement in her neighborhood keeps her current with what is going on – all of which helps her clients find what appeals to them and meet their wants and needs. It's that expertise that keeps her clients informed and ultimately helps them reach their goals. Call Reatha to find out what Lincoln Park has to offer.

Born on Chicago's north side and raised in Evanston, Scott has spent nearly his entire life in the Chicago area. He has a great understanding of the uniqueness that Chicago's neighborhoods and its suburbs have to offer. With a background in management and an accounting degree, Scott puts to use all of his skills in finding and negotiating the best deal for his buyers and sellers.

In 18+ years of real estate, Scott has been involved in over 600 transactions totaling over $250 Million in sales.  Scott began his real estate career in 2001 working with a top producer on the North Shore before becoming a top producer on his own. Scott moved to @properties in March of 2008 to take advantage of the unparalleled marketing systems and dynamic energy that the company has to offer.  In his first full year at @properties, along with once again being a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer, Scott was honored by @properties with the Outstanding Achievement Award for an Experienced New Comer.

He has earned many sales awards and distinctions since, including, most recently, leading the Scott Stavish Group to $25 Million in sales in 2019.  Scott is consistently recognized as a Chicago Magazine Five Star Realtor and a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer.  In 2019, Scott was honored as a Crain's Notable Residential Real Estate Broker.

Scott takes great pride in focusing on each client's individual needs and goals. Scott will take his time to explain the process to both buyers and sellers. He explains the benefits and risks of every decision made throughout; offering his knowledge, expertise and guidance without pushing any of his own biases.

"For most people, real estate is the most valuable asset that a person will own in his or her lifetime. It's important to have someone to advise you through the buying and/or selling process that you can both trust and has the experience to educate you every step of the way. To me, that's what real estate is about. I never push a property onto a buyer. I try to teach my clients as much as possible about real estate to allow each individual to come to the best decision for him or herself."

Previous to working in real estate, Scott was the Vice-President of Development for a local restaurant group. Being responsible for the hiring and training of all managers as well as the opening of new restaurants allowed Scott to craft and hone some valuable business tools. Negotiation, management, communication and training/education are all skills that have carried over well to the real estate industry in making Scott a highly successful agent.

Scott loves what he does because it allows him to combine all of his best business skills while forging personal relationships in working closely with people day in and day out. In his free time, Scott stays active playing soccer and riding his bike all around the city that he loves.  Scott gives back to the community, giving to dozens of charities, while consistently being a Top 200 MS Fundraiser year after year.  Scott is passionate about his Illini, Blackhawks, Bulls, Bears and White Sox. He enjoys all that Chicago has to offer--especially its music, restaurants, parks and biking the Lakefront whenever our Chicago weather allows.

Born in Chicago and raised on the North side, Andy has developed a keen understanding of what each individual neighborhood has to offer.  Andy loves what he does and his commitment to create an exceptional experience for his clients paired with his straightforward knack for negotiation makes him an excellent fit for real estate.

Andy is part of the Scott Stavish Group, which has been involved in over 500 transactions, totaling over $150 Million dollars in sales.  He has proven himself a valuable asset to this team.

Andy is there to alleviate the pressures and stress of a deal. He will quarterback the transaction between agents, lenders, attorney and inspectors while being a trusted advisor to his clients.

Previous to becoming a Realtor in 2013, Andy spent many years in the restaurant industry.  This helped Andy develop a strong business sense and ability to quickly analyze issues and create solutions.  The experience Andy gained managing restaurants also honed his excellent communication skills through years of one-on-one interactions.  Managing restaurants also meant managing many different personalities between customers, employees and vendors - a skill set that has translated into successfully managing the many facets of a real estate transaction, negotiating with other agents and communicating with lenders and attorneys.

Andy has spent his career working tirelessly to ensure all of his clients’ needs are accommodated.  He recognizes that owning a home is extremely personal and, for most people, real estate is the largest asset they will own.  Andy’s ability to easily manage the flow of each transaction while communicating with each client along the way is something he takes great pride in.

In his free time Andy enjoys spending time with his kids, playing hockey, golf and jujitsu.  As an avid Chicago sports fan, you may catch him at a Hawks, Bears or Cubs game. He also enjoys the great food, drink and music scene the city has to offer.
