Born in Chicago, raised in Arlington Heights and a Lake County resident since 1991, Karen White services Northern Cook County and all of Lake County.

With over 25 years of Real Estate experience Karen has developed endless contacts with contractors, builders, lenders, attorneys, mortgage experts, home inspectors and all of her additional professional network affiliations. Karen successfully worked with three Custom Lake County builders representing three subdivisions.

With a corporate background in Product Management, and Advertising with BF Goodrich, Karen's marketing expertise and negotiating skills sets her apart from the competition¦ allowing her to go the extra mile for her clients.

Attended University of Wisconsin/Whitewater and Milton College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.  Karen stays active as a member of the Milton College Preservation Society.

Karen and her husband John have a daughter, Jenna, she and her husband Ryan own Ryder Homes in Libertyville.  Outside of Real Estate, Karen enjoys spending time with her grandchilderen, Ryder and Blair, charity 5K's throughout the year, walking with her husband and two rescue dogs, golfing, cooking and reading.
