Mary Beth has had an accomplished and diverse professional background in Chicago. Her love of the city and passion for helping people realize their ideal lifestyle prompted Mary Beth to join @properties and focus on residential sales. Her prior role was as a founding principal of Elysian Development Group and Managing Partner/Chief Brand Officer for the Elysian Hotel Company, the management and development companies responsible for the success of the Elysian Hotel & Private Residences (now the Waldorf Astoria Chicago). As Chief Brand Officer, she not only had responsibility for design and marketing, but also oversaw construction on behalf of the partnership. The Elysian residences became a hallmark of luxury living in Chicago, with the hotel garnering top accolades across the nation before being sold in late 2011. Mary Beth stayed on as a consultant to Waldorf Astoria after the sale.


Prior to the Elysian, Mary Beth served the administration of Richard M. Daley as Director of the Chicago Sister Cities International Program. She has broad knowledge of Chicago and its vibrant neighborhoods and relishes the opportunity to help people successfully navigate home and lifestyle changes. Mary Beth has a B.A. from Clarke College and a M.B.A. from Dominican University.

Megan is a born and raised Southside Chicago girl. She grew up in Bridgeport attending Sox games at Comiskey and watching Michael Jordan collect trophies at the Chicago Stadium. She spent her college years attending Loyola University Chicago in Rodger's Park, while working in the Mayor's Office.

After some years in working in local marketing and public affairs firms Megan left Chicago to live in San Francisco's Marina neighborhood, then Manhattan's Upper East Side and lastly in Greenwich, CT. She knows how important finding the right home in the right neighborhood means finding yourself happy in the big city.

She joined Malone Residential in 2015, and is excited to be back in her hometown helping Chicagoans find their perfect home in her favorite City. She has helped clients buy and sell in Bridgeport, Bucktown, the Gold Coast, the North Shore, Evanston and Oak Park.

Meg is a born and bred Chicagoan with personal knowledge of the city's many great neighborhoods and a strong professional background in sales. For 10 years, she advanced through marketing and sales roles for luxury hotel brands, including The Peninsula, Andaz and Park Hyatt. Most recently, as a group sales manager for corporate clients of the Peninsula and Park Hyatt, Meg executed hundreds of successful negotiations while maintaining enduring client relationships.

Driven by her love of the city and of working closely with great people, Meg recently transitioned to a career in residential real estate. She received her real estate broker license and joined Malone Residential in 2016.

Meg grew up in Lakeview, went to college in Manhattan, and has lived in Gold Coast, River North, and West Town. She is a devoted urban dweller who loves exploring bars and restaurants with her husband, and playgrounds and ballparks with her nieces and nephews.

Jackie is a Broker Associate and Certified Appraiser and has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 15 years. The appraisal business has afforded Jackie the opportunity to explore numerous neighborhoods in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Her knowledge of real estate from financing to valuation provides a unique perspective and is instrumental in assisting real estate clients through the process of buying and selling.

Jackie is a lifelong resident of Chicago who knows the city inside and out and has a true love for everything it offers.  She is a graduate of Marquette University and grew up in the Beverly neighborhood on the south side of Chicago.  Jackie currently lives in the Edgebrook community on the northwest side of Chicago with her husband and two young children.

Kathrin's extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland housing market, neighborhoods, and the building and renovation process provides clients with fast and informed advice every step of the way. With over 13 years as a Senior Sales Director for Yahoo! and other marketing agencies, Kathrin transitioned into a true passion of hers, the real estate industry, where her exceptional negotiation skills and dedication to client’s satisfaction has been paramount to her continued success. She treats each client’s transaction, whether buyer or seller, as if it were her own—and knows the importance of keeping the client’s best interest in mind, at all times, from negotiation to close.

After studying Interior Design at Harrington College of Design, Kathrin’s knowledge of architectural design, construction, finish trade resources and development allow her to give in-depth guidance to clients for construction projects and improvements. Leveraging her home building and rehabbing experience, Kathrin is adept at assessing a home “behind the walls.” Being able to offer this service is an advantage to buyers who are often fearful of the cost of work, as well as sellers who oftentimes need to prepare their homes prior to listing.

Kathrin has a strong business-marketing background as well as a keen eye for identifying the right properties for her clients. Her down-to-earth approach helps her get to know her clients, understand what they are looking for in a home and build lasting relationships.
