Kim Kelley˜s passion for real estate began 17 years ago when she was looking to purchase her first home. She encountered a few bumps in the road during her own transaction and realized then the importance of having an honest, knowledgeable and ethical agent on your side. Kim knew she had what it would take to do a phenomenal job for others who are going through the buying and selling process. With a background in radio and television, Kim always loved working with people, and her entertainment spirit easily translated into creativity when it came to getting deals done.
A relocation specialist, Kim works with many people relocating from both inside and outside of Illinois. An expert on Highland Park, Kim also has vast knowledge regarding surrounding areas of the North Shore. She works with both buyers and sellers equally, and also has a special knack for understanding first-timers. Focusing on all price ranges, spanning from $100,000 to $14 Million, Kim has completed over $100 million in transactions during her career, and her creativity really emerges when it comes to unearthing available properties before they hit the market.
For sellers, Kim focuses on appropriate pricing and on average her clients receive within 98% of asking price. Educating her clients is a key factor, and Kim is happy to sit down as many times as necessary to discuss the right approach. Kim is always available for her clients and every question is answered promptly and carefully, while her strong relationships throughout the industry aid her in successfully completing more deals. Kim loves looking at homes, but more than anything, she loves when her clients purchase the home they have always imagined or sell a current home to move on to a new and exciting chapter of their lives.
Born and raised on the North Shore, Kim currently resides in Highland Park with her thirteen-year-old daughter, Tyler. In her free time, she spends as much time as possible with her daughter who she travels often with and also enjoys being active, whether it's a workout or a six-mile walk to downtown Highland Park.
