Kim was born in the northwest suburbs and recently moved back to Arlington Heights where she currently resides with her husband and two sons and daughter. After living in Chicago and Evanston area for 13 years she made the move to thes suburbs. This Rolling Meadows Mustang is back in the area and knows the northwest suburbs. Kim has been in the real estate Industry for over 20 years with over $100 Miliion in lifetime sales. She worked as an office manager at a large real estate firm in Chicago and became an assistant to a top producing Chicago agent. She joined @properties in 2005 and grew her business fast! She was awarded one of @properties Most Experienced Newcomer in 2006 and continues to grow her business while working from referrals and new clients. Kim's expertise also comes from her family; her mother, Linda Broznowski has been selling real estate in Chicago for the past 45 years as is a true role model. As an active member of her community, Kim is very involved. She volunteered on the Auxiliary Board for the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago by fundraising and planning special events. She also served as an alumni advisor for her sorority Chi Omega at both Northwestern and DePaul Universities. She loves giving back.

Kim graduated from Indiana University with a degree in event planning and a business minor. While at IU she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority, Redsteppers dance team and IUSF; where she received a top award for leadership. Kim also served on the Dance Marathon Executive Council. Before graduating, Kim studied Art & History while traveling abroad in 12 countries throughout Europe. She has traveled extensively since her graduation for work and leisure.
Her passion for travel and photography has brought her to another love. For 10 years she was a Creative Memories Consultant, teaching Scrapbooking classes and workshops to over 200 people in the Chicagoland area. She enjoyed meeting new people and helping her past customers with Real Estate needs as well.  As a CM Consultant she also did a segment on ABC news on photo organization.

Kim enjoys co-listing some properties with her mother, Linda Broznowski as they work well together.  Linda is a seasoned professional with over 45 years in the Industry selling in IL and FL.  Jeff Hayes II,  a client for the past 15 years is now licensed and working on the team.
