My Mission Statement-
My goal is to make the real estate experience a positive one. Whether working with a new buyer, seller or a seasoned investor each of my clients is unique. My job is to make sure everyone gets whatever it is they feel they need up to closing and beyond. Personal attention and service are my number one goal.
A natural when it comes to real estate, Kim Quintero was recruited into the industry while selling her own home. Her agent, and soon-to-be mentor, noticed she was deeply informed about the area, always kept her house in showing condition and had a knack for connecting with potential buyers. Kim earned her license soon after in 1998, and got her feet wet under the tutelage of an industry veteran.
Eventually, Kim expanded her real estate horizons and began to research every neighborhood, suburb and type of property available. With clients extending as far south as Joliet and as far north as North Chicago, Kim isn't bound to a specific area or zone. The ability to work in even the most challenging set of circumstances sets Kim apart in the industry. She is known for going the extra mile for her clients and has earned a great reputation among her peers as well.
Born and raised in Chicago's Roscoe Village, Kim now lives in Morton Grove/Niles area with daughter. Prior to her career in real estate, Kim worked in sales for Marshall Fields and the East Bank Club. Outgoing and friendly, sales has always been a natural fit. Kim has an ABR, SRS and At Home With Diversity designation, and she is in the process of completing a SRES designation. When not working, Kim spends as much time as she can volunteering and with her family.
