I am writing this letter on behalf of my husband and I, in regards to Linda Broznowski, who war our Realtor for the sale of our condominium just recently. We would like to highly recommend her and express our gratitude for her work.

From the beginning, she approached us honestly and directly, and made sure we understood each aspect of the process. This was helpful, because selling our first home could at times be confusing, since we had no experience in this area. Her knowledge of the city and her market is invaluable, and with the present market being so challenging, she was always looking into working with us on ways to compete and sell intelligently. It was 1985, and I made the momentous decision to move from the BURBS to THE CITY. Major culture adjustments ensued, and I was disappointed my usual Realtor wasnt city savvy, and he offered to provide me with a referral.

My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Linda Broznowski of @properties as a skilled, aggressive, and principled realtor. Linda was recommended to us by a friend, who in turn had worked with Linda on two occasions selling property in the Lakeview area. After interviewing several local real estate agents, we selected Linda. We were impressed, foremost, by her experience and knowledge in the Chicago market, but also felt that she was a person whom we could trust, and who would negotiate truly with our best interests at heart. At the time, we had a 1 year old baby, and my wife was pregnant with our second child. Despite the busy and stressful time it was, dealing with Linda was easy. We always felt that she had our best interest at heart, and she was very courteous in terms of giving us plenty of advance notice in terms of showings. Once the showings were completed, she promptly provided us with feedback. I think she has a very keen sense of what is important to a prospective buyer, and so she was easily able to assess the type of buyer that would have been interested in our property. Once she had some prospective buyers, she really highlighted the aspects of our property that appealed most to the buyers. I think that she has a real creative sense, and vision where homes are concerned, and she really communicates this to prospective buyers who may otherwise be lukewarm, or not completely sold on a property. Once that process was over, I think she was a conducted, honest, and forthright negotiator or our behalf. I felt then, and still feel, that Linda got us the best possible deal for our property while, at the same time, keeping the negotiations amicable and professional such that the transfer of the property to the new owners was quite easy.
