Mary Beth's love for Chicago and passion for helping people realize their ideal lifestyle prompted her to join @properties with a focus on residential sales. Previously, she spent ten years as a founding principal and developer of the Elysian Hotel & Residences and Chief Brand Officer of the Elysian Hotel Company in Chicago (now the Waldorf Astoria Chicago). Mary Beth's responsibilities included creation of the Elysian brand from the ground up, launching private residence sales, directing all marketing activity on behalf of the brand and oversight of hotel and residential construction on behalf of the partnership. The private residences became a hallmark of luxury living in Chicago and the hotel, after garnering top accolades across the nation in its first two years of operation, sold for the highest price per room in the city's history. 

Prior to the Elysian, Mary Beth held executive positions with Kittleman & Associates, DePaul University and served the administration of Richard M. Daley as Director of the Chicago Sister Cities International Program. She has broad knowledge of Chicago and its vibrant neighborhoods and relishes the opportunity to help people successfully navigate home and lifestyle changes. Mary Beth has a B.A. from Clarke College and a M.B.A. from Dominican University.
