Mary has had her real estate license since 2000. However, her entire family is in real estate and she grew up having family dinner conversations all about real estate as her entire family works in the industry. Suffice it to say; residential real estate is in Mary's blood!
Mary began her career in real estate while she was a trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). With the call letters of OHNO, Mary made her living and earned a great reputation as a quick-thinking, fact-based professional with an amazing memory for details. Mary's memory has served her clients very well as she can recall minute details of properties; numbers, floor plans, property stability/reputation, availability, listing prices, you name it! In 2004, Mary left the CME and started focusing exclusively on residential real estate. Mary has since closed more than 300 deals worth over $175Million, ranging from property worth 60K to 4.2M making her one of the most experienced in her field. Mary represents all types of clients - from first time homebuyers to downsizing empty nesters to seasoned investors. Mary connects with her clients very effectively and is able to present real options to her client and help them streamline their search.
