About Me

If you are looking to buy a home on Chicago's North Shore, or downtown Chicago, I am here to guide you on your way.  I have enjoyed working on behalf of buyers and sellers since 1998.

For some, the real estate selling or buying process can feel somewhat overwhelming or, at the very least, complicated. It is important to know how it works, whether it is a home, business, or investment opportunity. The best way to start the process is to get informed. Having an idea of what to expect will take away stress and give the buyer OR the seller a degree of comfort from the start. 

Educating buyers in the process of purchasing a home or investment property often includes getting acquainted and becoming familiar with a new area/neighborhood. The search for a new place to live in (or investment) should be fun and exciting and the find,  a thrill.

Representing sellers is the other half of my professional expertise. Helping with decisions such as when to place a home on the market, how to prepare the home for sale, the various ways the home may or will be marketed and shown are just a few examples of what one must consider when listing a property for sale.

I™ve found that what really works best is to keep the lines of communication open, while continually informing the client as we go. The fewer surprises the better. That's what makes for happy satisfied customers (and me as well).

I have lived in the area all my life (Glencoe, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Wilmette and Evanston). My husband and I decided to reside in Wilmette, where we have raised our four children.
