A favorite real estate moment of mine happened on the phone with a client after a lengthy and challenging negotiation on the purchase of his new home. I had mentioned other clients I had been working with at the same time as his negotiaton and he said with surprise, "You mean you have other clients? You made me feel like I was the only one!"  I knew I was providing the high level of service that my clients deserve.  I couldn't stop smiling.
