Stan earned a degree in architecture from The University of Illinois at Chicago. After graduating, he acquired his architecture license and worked for several firms in Chicago during which time he developed a reputation as a hard-working and conscientious professional. His architectural experience includes designing and managing many multi-million dollar projects for developers and public sector clients.
Having remodeled several homes himself, he is very adept at taking a buyer to a showing and confidently accessing the property with respect to construction quality and potential for adaptability to his client’s specific needs. In the same regard, he is extremely qualified at instructing sellers on what measures they need to take in order to prepare their homes before selling so as to get the maximum return on their investment.
Stan’s passion for this great city is demonstrated in his well-rounded knowledge of the many great neighborhoods in Chicago. Raised on the south side by hard working immigrant parents and living most of his adult life in various north side neighborhoods, he offers a unique perspective to clients in need of a real estate professional who truly knows the city.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to blues and jazz, reading, and volunteering at his church.
