Rusty's outgoing personality, along with his negotiation and consulting experience translates well into servicing and educating his clients. His commitment to you and your housing needs will be apparent from the start. Clients refer to him as their "go to guy" for all their real estate needs and call him with any questions that arise.
Rusty has helped his clients buy and sell hundreds of properties throughout Chicagoland. With his experience in building, renovating and rehabbing, Rusty's depth of construction knowledge is especially helpful to his clients. Whether you are considering the purchase of your first condo or thinking about selling your current home and upgrading to something more spacious, or buying/selling an investment property, Rusty will walk you step by step through the entire process from start to finish.
Several developers have leaned on Rusty for his intimate knowledge of the current real estate market. They know that he is in the market on a regular basis, he knows what buyers are looking for and can help them price their developments to sell. Rusty is constantly scouring neighborhoods for possible rehabs, teardowns and empty lots that are priced to sell.
@properties has many offices throughout Chicagoland and Rusty leans on the Glenview and Bucktown locations for his base of operations. He is consistently in the city and throughout the North Shore on a weekly basis working with his extensive client base.
Rusty, along with his wife Lisa and their daughters Coco, Gia and Nina, live in Glenview. After 16 fantastic years of city living in Logan Square and Bucktown, it was time to move the family to the "North Shore" to build a home and enroll the girls at Christian Heritage Academy in Northfield. They keep their weekends full with their girls' acting and singing performances, STEM/guitar/chess/dance classes, visits to the park/pool and church.

Licensed BROKER and ARCHITECT
Stan earned a degree in architecture from The University of Illinois at Chicago. After graduating, he acquired his architecture license and worked for several firms in Chicago during which time he developed a reputation as a hard-working and conscientious professional. His architectural experience includes designing and managing many multi-million dollar projects for developers and public sector clients.
Having remodeled several homes himself, he is very adept at taking a buyer to a showing and confidently accessing the property with respect to construction quality and potential for adaptability to his client’s specific needs. In the same regard, he is extremely qualified at instructing sellers on what measures they need to take in order to prepare their homes before selling so as to get the maximum return on their investment.
Stan’s passion for this great city is demonstrated in his well-rounded knowledge of the many great neighborhoods in Chicago. Raised on the south side by hard working immigrant parents and living most of his adult life in various north side neighborhoods, he offers a unique perspective to clients in need of a real estate professional who truly knows the city.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to blues and jazz, reading, and volunteering at his church.
Many years ago as a first time buyer himself, he understood the value of working with an honest, ethical, committed, and patient agent who understands the client’s perspective. He will be that agent for you!
