About Me

Nicole's career as a real estate professional is supplemented by her extensive experience in marketing and advertising. Born into the real estate business, Nicole comes from a family of Chicago residential real estate investors, wherein she honed her skills as a property manager and rental agent before eventually becoming an investor herself. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Creative Marketing from Parsons School of Design in New York City.

As a Chicago native and resident, Nicole knows her way around the neighborhoods and stays informed about city politics and trends that could affect her clients. She's a people person who loves matching clients with their ideal property. She realizes the volitility of today's market and fiercely protects her buyers from overpaying for a property or going over their personal budgets.  She appreciates that her clients' dollars are hard-earned, and enjoys the negotiation process, always working to get her clients the best price for their chosen property.

Nicole is a homeowner in Chicago's Lakeview area where she lives with her husband, Justin, and their two sons, Grey and Blake.  In her spare time she shares her zeal for fitness by teaching classes at her local gym. She enjoys interior design, gardening, music and time with her family.

Feel free to contact Nicole directly with any questions you may have about buying and selling Chicago property.

Clients are saying:

"Nicole was so great to work with. We met her at an open house and were really pleased with her knowledge about properties in the area we were interested in. Once we started working with her, she was always available to answer questions, eager to work with us, and helped us find a condo that suited us perfectly. While go through the process of making an offer and closing on our new property, Nicole gave us excellent guidance and was a reliable resource the whole way through."
