Love where you live, love what you do! Patricia Korus-Falk is blessed to live both of these statements by calling Chicago home and by devoting her time and professional talents to helping others do the same. Patricia’s real estate career began in 2007 with @properties after obtaining a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. She continued her education and in 2010 acquired a M.Ed., allowing her to pursue another passion – teaching – which she thoroughly enjoyed for four years. 

Patricia joined the Emily Sachs Wong team within @properties because she is passionate about providing her clients with the best real estate experience from beginning to end.The group has more than $900 million in residential sales volume, and ranks in the top ¼% of all Chicagoland agents. Patricia understands that buying a home is an emotional process, one that cannot be rushed. Whether working with a buyer or seller, she has a keen gift for understanding the needs of her clients and fulfilling their wish list.

Patricia currently resides in the North Shore suburb of Wilmette with her husband and two sons. She enjoys city and suburban life, frequently enjoying the fantastic Chicago dining scene.
