Patrick began his real estate in 2005 after a career working with startup enterprises, trading at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and earning his MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago. His love of real estate however began at a young age when he lived in 4 different homes on the same block. My Dad would buy and improve a house then move us to the next, it seemed normal at the time, but my friends thought it was funny. Real estate was always a topic in our house and that's how I knew becoming a real estate agent would be a perfect fit for me. Patrick uses his extensive experience in negotiations and vast new construction background to give his buyers and sellers an extra edge in the home selling and buying process. Further, Patrick has teamed with a fellow @properties agent with an extensive design background to offer his clients the most balanced and thorough marketing advice for selling their property for the most money in the shortest period of time.


Patrick primarily works with buyers and sellers of condos and single family homes in Chicago- of all price ranges, but recently marketed and sold million over $12,000,000 in new construction homes on Chicago's North Shore. It was here where Patrick gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in new construction, lot acquisition, and negotiation. This experience sets me apart from the rest of the agents because it gives me an in-depth knowledge of the real estate process-kind of like a PhD in real estate.


Today Patrick focusses his strengths on marketing, negotiating and finding the right property for his clients. There is an abundance of information on the internet-my job is to help my clients interpret this information to help them make the best decision for themselves. I will give the risks and benefits of a particular scenario but will never push my clients to make a decision one way or the other. My goal is to give my clients as much information as possible so they can make the best decision for themselves in possibly the biggest transaction of their lives.  I work on a 100 percent referral basis and if I add value to my clients experience they are more likely to refer me to their friends and co-workers, etc.

Patrick currently lives on the Northwest side of Chicago in the Sauganash neighborhood with his wife, two boys, and dog. He has been active with the Children's Heart Foundation of Chicago with his wife and enjoys an annual ski trip to Colorado and weekends in Lake Geneva Wisconsin when possible.
