About Me

As a top producing sales consultant with @properties you know you will be working with the best and most well rounded agent available. I am a full time, seven day a week dedicated agent who doesn't take my clients needs lightly.

I am also an investor in real estate, so I know how to expertly handle a transaction for my clients best interest; your success is my passion!

I was exposed to real estate starting at the age of nine following the legacy of one of my parents who was an established, top-producing broker in the suburbs of Chicago. With a career spanning decades I have been involved in all aspects of real estate. My initial exposure was in the finance and mortgage area as a loan officer for Mellon Mortgage, Transamerica Corporation as well as for Cole Taylor Bank. Later I became an award-winning sales representative for Concord Homes, selling not only new single-family residences, but new multi-family homes as well. This experience in the new home sales arena gave me the unique insight of building a new home from the ground up, to the finished product.

I received my Illinois Real Estate Appraiser License which has proven to be invaluable to my clients. With this knowledge I am able to provide my clients an insight regarding accurate valuation of both homes to sell, as well as buyers pending purchases.

Currently, I have been selling new and resale residential real estate for over nineteen years and have helped hundreds of home-buyers and home sellers realize their dream of home ownership at the best sales prices available.

I have sold over $150,000,000.00 in real estate in Chicago including new condominium developments such as Harbor Parc, Custer/Brummel condominiums, Estes place, 1635 Greenview, and West Ridge Estates, as well as many others.
