Rick’s unofficial real estate career began in the early 2000’s when he purchased his first investment property to “flip”. He quickly discovered that he had a passion for architecture, design, discovering/evaluating great properties and investments. This passion was reinforced a number of years later when he moved into and renovated a mid century ranch style home and was a finalist on HGTV’s show Bang for Your Buck. Rick was hooked.
Soon after this move, Rick decided to turn his enthusiasm into a career and has never looked back. Rick has the experience, knowledge, and drive to deliver a world-class experience to each of his clients from first time buyer to relocating corporate executive and everyone in between.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara California, Rick got his introduction into real estate by his father who practiced in commercial real estate. Rick attended Fresno Pacific University. Having lived in California, Texas, and Illinois has given Rick an opportunity to experience an enriched and broad spectrum of multicultural clientele. Rick is currently licensed in Texas and Illinois.
