Bob Sherwin was born in Chicago and attended the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated with honors. Subsequently he received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.

He taught school one year at the Douglas Community Academy, and remained active with the school after he started his law career. In connection with this involvement he received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Chicago Public Schools and the Humanitarian of the Year award from the Douglas Community Academy.

Bob received his Real Estate Broker license after graduating law school. He became active in real estate brokerage in 1998. Bob has significant experience representing buyers of condominiums in new developments. Every aspect of the transaction is important to him, from the contract signing through the closing and thereafter. His attention to detail throughout this process will have clients feeling secure and confident.

In 2002 he received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Chicago Association of Realtors for his contribution and support of the Public Schools Essay Contest. He joined @Properties in May, 2005.

In his spare time he enjoys movies, working out and traveling. He also co-wrote an award winning screenplay.
